ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using TurkeyMold's manufacturing services and platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TurkeyMold. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

SERVICES PROVIDED

TurkeyMold provides on-demand manufacturing services including CNC machining, 3D printing, injection molding, sheet metal fabrication, and related processes. We offer an online platform for uploading CAD files, receiving instant quotes, and managing manufacturing orders.

• Instant quoting based on uploaded CAD files and specifications
• Manufacturing of custom parts using various processes and materials
• Quality inspection and certification services as requested

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

All orders placed through our platform are subject to acceptance and confirmation by TurkeyMold. Payment is required before manufacturing begins unless other arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and approved purchase orders from qualified business customers. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You retain all intellectual property rights to your CAD files, designs, and specifications uploaded to our platform. By uploading files, you grant TurkeyMold a limited, non-exclusive license to use your designs solely for the purpose of manufacturing your parts and providing our services. We will not share, sell, or use your designs for any other purpose without your explicit permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TurkeyMold shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
